A remarkable member of our team here at SGM Waste Management!

Martin's journey has been one of both resilience and transformation. 

Having served 18 1/2 years in prison for multiple offences, he is a fine example of the British justice system and rehabilitation. 

Martin has made an incredible turnaround, earning over 50 educational certificates whilst incarcerated and proving his dedication to personal growth and new beginnings. 🌱

We’re proud to support Martin’s journey by sponsoring his Excavator license and we’re now helping him work toward his driving license. 🎯

Martin’s determination, commitment and positive impact has quickly made him an invaluable member of our workforce (or, as we like to say, our family). We can’t imagine the team without him! 💪
